The author of this blog lives in a small, tipi-shaped room on the third floor of a 19th century Victorian house.

Dubbed “The Tipi Room” by her friends, it has proven to be equally useful as a writing room, film set, and slumber party crash pad.

During the day she designs UX and UI solutions, edits video, and assists with ad hoc design tasks for a local small business.

At night she works on more digital projects, falls down endless design blog wormholes, and frequently forgets that she has a bedtime now that she’s a grownup.

She also travels whenever she gets a chance. Her adventures in far off (and not so far off) places are chronicled here.
